How we handle your information

This notice explains how Lemus Global Solutions handles information submitted through this website.

Information submitted

For business inquiries and appointment requests, we collect the contact and company details, campaign information, and appointment time you submit. For hiring applications, we collect contact and location details, work experience, campaign interests, your required internet speed test result, a required voice recording made on this page, and an optional résumé.

Why we use it

We use business inquiry information to respond and arrange a conversation. We use applicant information to review applications, contact candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Storage and access

Submitted forms and files are stored in private Cloudflare database and file-storage services, with a separate backup for submitted records. Files are not offered as public download links. Access is limited to authorized Lemus Global Solutions staff who need the information for the stated purpose. We may use Cloudflare to process and store these submissions.

Email and scheduling

If you submit an application, we use the email address you provide to send an application confirmation and coordinate Thursday interviews at 9:00 a.m. Mexico City time. We will share the confirmed meeting link separately. Client booking requests may generate calendar invitations when that service is available.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing hire@lemusglobalsolutions.com for hiring applications or hello@lemusglobalsolutions.com for business inquiries. We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were collected and applicable business or legal requirements.

Protect your details

Please do not upload passwords, government identification numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive financial information. Crop your Speedtest screenshot to hide your full IP address before uploading.
